BellevueTechRockStarLead Test Engineer. We are looking for a hands-on, rock-star lead test engineer, focused on systems with both hardware and software, with SDET experience/drive. This position will be reporting to the Test Engineering Manager in Kirkland and will be full time, focused on emergency management call systems.

This position is responsible for reviewing, planning, and implementing multisite, VoIP system solutions. The candidate will set goals, monitor work, and evaluate results to ensure objectives and operating requirements are met and are in line with the needs and mission of the organization. Although the primary focus of this position is to implement and support VoIP installations, the candidate may also be tasked with general network support and build-outs including security, cluster servers, routing, switching, wireless, and other network related duties.
The candidate will also be required to provide mentoring, training, and support for the sales and technical support staff.

· Work with technical team to develop a comprehensive and successful VoIP network design review process to assure successful deployments of MAX Dispatch and Call Taking with existing networks
· Work with customer, resellers and internal technical teams to prospect and develop Zetron MAX Dispatch and Call Taking sales, design, installation, and support opportunities
· Responsible for design, staging, configuration, implementation, and support for VoIP installations as necessary

· Attend and participate in internal and customer meetings requiring occasional travel
· Continue personal development

Senior Consultant (reports to the Director of Professional Services)

This individual will be responsible for creating and maintaining an exceptional customer experience for multiple clients. Key activities for this role includes delivering consulting services, group facilitation, training, and coaching. In addition, account management, business development support, and invoicing.

1. Facilitate Client Sessions (70%) – Our delivery model requires consultants to operate primarily as facilitators rather than subject matter experts. They support delivery by facilitating weekly half- and full-day client work sessions spanning several months in order to customize and install the NOW Management System®. Must be proficient at whole systems thinking, process improvement, data-driven problem solving, breakthrough thinking, organization development methods, and operational excellence concepts. Consultant/facilitators must demonstrate best practices for facilitation, including managing team dynamics, conflicts, and group decision-making. Supports teams in assuming positive intentions, checking perceptions, testing assumptions and exploring new paradigms. Supports the group in having balanced participation so that all voices are heard. Becomes the trusted advisor to all team members and is easily accessible to them. Supports the change management process with best practices and tools as prescribed by our system of management. Mobilizes senior change sponsors and provides appropriate guidance in the planning, implementation and reinforcement of change.

2. Account Management and Customer Experience (20%) – Responsible for the delivery of a consistent and high-caliber customer experience starting with supporting the sales process and through implementation. Continuously gathers customer feedback and ensure that specific targets are consistently met. Sets a very high standard for each session and seeking ongoing feedback. Works collaboratively with peers and company leadership to build new business.
