The Agile Alliance has announced AgileIndia2012 for February, 2012.

We have been saying that an organization needs to take their attitude from being TOLD what to do to being PERMITTED to do things to being EXPECTED to do things.  Basically the knowledge worker.  Agile outside of software is finally helping in this regard.
